In an other dimension, exists a world named Karamador. World of sword and sorcery. Karamador is inhabited by humans and human-like animals and insects known as anhinis.
Karamador sets in a reneissance- fantasy type time era, during the times of great dangers and legendary heroes. We mostly follow the adventures of Sir Kiljaos Windmane, the lion paladin of wind. Sir Kiljaos is a wandering paladin who travels around his homeland Pohjoland and the other parts of Karamador as knight errant, fighting the forces of chaos and helping those in need, and perhaps also getting paid in the process. During his adventures he also meets and teams up with many different companions to fight the evil forces, like the beastly insectoids of Hordium, the cruel undead, demonic invasions, and ruthless orcs.
Although Karamador is set in a fantasy world, many of it's locations are based more or less on real locations. Many of the stories also involve real life legends and folk lore, especially from Finland and Scandinavia.
I'm from Finland, and have been drawing and painting since early childhood. I've especially liked focusing on drawing. Inspired by many comics I was introduced to from early age on, I made his first comic when I was 6, and have been creating comics and more or less story driven drawings actively ever since, creating comics for the love of creating and for positive attention, and coping with hardships that the divorce of his parents and school bullying brought.
I have always been studying arts and comic creating, attending comic hobby courses for kids and teens in 2000-2008, studying on arts line in High School, studying in Comics course for adults, and graduated into an artesan in arts college in 2016. I'm still always practicing to keep getting better at arts and story telling.
At first my comics were mostly based on different things like videogames, and later on he started creating self-made superheroes for my comics, and eventually focused even more on creating original characters and story arcs. My fantasy universe, Karamador, I created in 2007 when he was 17, when I remembered his childhood fondness of knights and pirates, and historical fantasy themes in general. I rebooted it in 2012 and started working more regularly with it in 2017. After getting enough experience, I started working on even longer and ambituous comic stories. I keep working hard to bring his stories and characters alive in comics, and to keep getting better, hoping that more and more people would read my comics and enjoy them.
