Oz whenever his black zero spine possesses him. If this happens, his personality becomes less restrained. Any wrath and lust he represses is out in the open.
Furthermore, Oz's PMR will temporarily switch to Prime, down to his womb shriveling for the time this form is active. He also becomes more suceptible to a frenzy than normal, one might even argue Bastard Oz is perpetually in frenzy.
