Well, given that we've been told that his Younger Sister hates him, I'm expecting someone who looks nothing like Wiglaf. Let's see... short hair red hair (either dyed or natural), maybe wearing coloured contacts. Not sure about skin colour, but that's not easily changeable, so I'll presume it matches Wiglaf's own. Everything else is taken into consideration by gender differences, so that'll be enough for nobody to realise that they're related.

@ Aqua: Wiglaf walks around in a chainmail shirt 100% of the time. Anything that a normal person wears as a top is sufficient to visually differentiate yourself as an individual. That's why I didn't mention clothing, only hair and eyes.
