No, I can see how this would have been difficult to plan out. The original literally had Camlann stabbed into the ground at least five meters away from where Wiglaf and Mordred were having their discussion. Having them near Camlann makes a bit more sense, and it makes Camlann's literally speaking to themselves in this page much more understandably aggravating to it. If it's five meters away and they aren't paying Camlann speaking to themselves any attention, that's actually reasonable. If when it's literally beside them doing the same thing that it becomes unreasonable.
