79 years after the Old Order fell, a middle-schooler under the Global Government named Kevin Thomas Kagero discovers a fantasy book in the once-hidden, dilapidated nursery of a university's library and takes it home with him, inadvertently freeing a fabricant named Ecco the Lightningcolt. Having once presumably dethroned the wicked Warlock King in his books, Ecco, his new friend Kevin, and the boy's gang of roughhousing miscreants, must now set Meridia and the world's other civilizations free from the Easterlas Council's regime, and ultimately depose the tyrannical Colossus Belga through subversive means. Inspired by the many works of Osamu Tezuka! For 6th Graders (Secondary School) and up!
